the hotel provided excellent dining choices i loved getting hot chocolate from the lobby café, it was fun. i finally learned how to use a bidet! plus, the hotel was great location for exploring since i didn't have a car.
The gym felt too small! with only 4 people, it seemed very crowded. also, the sauna temperature was not high enough. I don't think it qualifies as a real sauna.

the gym includes cardio equipment and some free weights. the breakfast area is spacious. there's a separate room for hot dishes and made-to-order items and another area that has a great selection of cold cuts and pastries.

the location was undeniably central, near many attractions.
The room was too warm, and i couldn't adjust the temperature. Even with the heat off, it remained uncomfortably hot throughout my stay. this made it difficult to sleep well and impacted my overall comfort at the hotel. i think they need a better climate control system.

olga at reception really looked after me , securing a beautiful queen room. it included a city view and a walk-in shower , which i needed after my knee surgery. i thought the team balanced guest needs and room availability really well, finding great solutions for everyone.
the minibar prices seemed a little high for some of the items , particularly bottled water. it would have been better to have a complimentary option.

the location was quite central for sightseeing. accessing main attractions was easy by foot
the room was too warm i couldn't adjust the temperature. the heated floor in the bathroom stayed on constantly. the shower sprayed water everywhere due to a faulty shower head and the bathtub drained slowly it was not a pleasant experience

the breakfast buffet had plenty of options. i guess it met my expectations.
my room's air conditioner didnt work properly. after i asked for help, they reset a circuit breaker, but then the bathroom lights started short circuit. it took way too long to resolve, and i missed my afternoon nap because of this.

i enjoyed the three nights i spent here. the breakfast included a wide array of foods from the buffet. the gym and sauna were great, and i also used the dry and wet sauna room. the staff was very cute.
the mini bar charge was a bit inconvenient since i didn't plan to use the items. i think this is an area that could be improved to offer a better guest experience. it would be more convenient to have it empty.
