amazing historical stay!
excellent dining perfect location working bidet
the hotel provided excellent dining choices i loved getting hot chocolate from the lobby café, it was fun. i finally learned how to use a bidet! plus, the hotel was great location for exploring since i didn't have a car.
The gym felt too small! with only 4 people, it seemed very crowded. also, the sauna temperature was not high enough. I don't think it qualifies as a real sauna.

the gym includes cardio equipment and some free weights. the breakfast area is spacious. there's a separate room for hot dishes and made-to-order items and another area that has a great selection of cold cuts and pastries.

beautiful queen room delight
city view walk-in shower guest solutions
olga at reception really looked after me , securing a beautiful queen room. it included a city view and a walk-in shower , which i needed after my knee surgery. i thought the team balanced guest needs and room availability really well, finding great solutions for everyone.
the minibar prices seemed a little high for some of the items , particularly bottled water. it would have been better to have a complimentary option.

the staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. the concierge provided excellent directions to local attractions. bellhops were readily available to assist with luggage.

the hotel's location provided easy access to many key landmarks. the opera house was a short walk, taking only five minutes. the cathedral square was only ten minutes away, enabling convenient exploration.

faulty shower head constant heat
the location was quite central for sightseeing. accessing main attractions was easy by foot
the room was too warm i couldn't adjust the temperature. the heated floor in the bathroom stayed on constantly. the shower sprayed water everywhere due to a faulty shower head and the bathtub drained slowly it was not a pleasant experience

faulty air conditioner bathroom lights
the breakfast buffet had plenty of options. i guess it met my expectations.
my room's air conditioner didnt work properly. after i asked for help, they reset a circuit breaker, but then the bathroom lights started short circuit. it took way too long to resolve, and i missed my afternoon nap because of this.

superior stay
wide array sauna room cute staff
i enjoyed the three nights i spent here. the breakfast included a wide array of foods from the buffet. the gym and sauna were great, and i also used the dry and wet sauna room. the staff was very cute.
the mini bar charge was a bit inconvenient since i didn't plan to use the items. i think this is an area that could be improved to offer a better guest experience. it would be more convenient to have it empty.
